Standard HDMI data cables can optionally support sub-technical specifications specific to the HDMI version, while high-speed HDMI data cables support such specifications as Deep Color and xvYCC. Standard and high-speed HDMI data cables are optional to support Ethernet. HDMI 2.1 version provides a new 48G cable specification, including all functions.
